When you want to print via cloud you get the message 'printer not in remote clusters'.
In the browser, go to Digital factory and remove the printers that you can't print on via the cloud.
Restart the computer.
Make sure that cura is not open. Then go to the printer.
On the printer
(you don't need a firmware upgrade. they are now on 5.3 which is the highest firmware. (Unmaintained, no new firmware updates coming)).
On the computer, go to Digital factory again and add a new printer. Select the 'S' printer type and add the code to pair up the printer. The printer shows it's offline, but after a minute or two it changes to the active online status.
