Bees Wax

  1. hold part with pliers
  2. heat up with very hot water
  3. Wipe off with paper towel
  4. Clean threads with a toothpick or a metal pin

    3. –> Filament stopped adhering to print bed after a while
      1. No random layer restarts
      2. Higher layer height
      3. much more flow
      4. First layers are okay, Adhesion only occurs on motor override
  3. 1,6w 0,8z 7f 0pct
    1. 35°C filament, no fan, no bed
      1. OK: first layer sticks with uhu-glue
      2. After ±3 layers: material doesn't want to stick onto itself.
      3. –> Increase extrusion width from 1.7 to 2.2 (future me: extrusion width doesn't change material flow. It just changes the distance between lines)
      4. –> Layer height 1mm everywhere
    2. Beeswax 01
      1. 35°C filament, no fan, no bed
      2. Using Uhu-glue
      3. There are gaps between lines
      4. not enough extrusion
